Is there a way to allow "anyone with link" in SharePoint even with the external sharing disabled?
Is there a way to allow "anyone with link" for a specific site in SharePoint even with the external sharing disabled in SharePoint Admin Center? The goal here is to make a specific SharePoint site as an exception.

What you can do is turn it ON at the tenant level, then turn it off on the sites except for the one you want to allow it.
or you can turn it on/off by site policies and apply the policies to each site.- I got your first tip by enabling it at the tenant level and turning it off on the sites I want to block the option. But what do you mean at your last tip by turning it on/off with site policies since there is no way to allow it if the tenant itself is blocking it to all?
