SharePoint could be an option here, but remember: SharePoint is not intended to model solutions where a Database is required behind the scenes...from the options described, I would advice to go to the Power Platform but in Teams where you don't have extra costs and you can use the Dataverse with some limitations that I think are not applicable for your case
