Is it possible to set read only user can see only search result?

Hello, I have tried to search solution for my Sharepoint document library problem. We will create a sharepoint document library based on folder, which has docx, xlxs, pdf and jpg/png files. Is there a possibility to set parameters or other way that external users cannot see the whole document library, but they need to search by folder name and see only that? Folders will be named based on agreed principles (F.ex. H123456, H456789 etc).
