Is it possible to restrict access to a specific document? No printing, no downloading & no sharing

Question

Hi, I use Sharepoint Online and I would like to share a document with an external user withing our team site. However, I want this document to be read only. They should not be able to print, save or share it. Is it possible and how to do it? I try the three dots -> Manage access but I haven't figured out how to do it.
