Is it possible to restore a Modern Team Site?

Hello!

I was doing some tests, and created a modern team site and then deleted it right afterwards.

Now I'm trying to create another moder team site with the same URL as the one I deleted, but the system adds automatically some numbers at the end if another site with that URL already existed. However, when I access it on my browser I get a "403 FORBIDDEN" error because it doesn't exist anymore.

My guess is that the site hasn't been deleted permanently, and it's in some kind of "internal recycle bin". However, I don't know how to restore or delete it for good.

I can access the Site Collection Recycle Bin from my Sharepoint admin page, but it will only show me classic sites, not the modern team sites.

Any idea of how to solve this??

    I assume you are creating a modern SPO Site what means you are also creating a Group behind the scenes...so the answer for your questions is "Yes", you can restore a deleted Group as long as you restore it withing a 30 days timeframe...you will need to use some PowerShell to restore the Group
