Is it possible to create relative links in modern pages?

Hi all,

 

I'm hoping to create an admin help page for a site template, it will contain links to permissions, site usage pages etc etc.

 

For example, the link will take the user to https://sharepoint.com/sites/CurrentSite/_layouts/15/user.aspx where "CurrentSite" is the site the link is currently on.

 

Does anyone know if it's possible to create relative links, using any of the web parts available on modern pages?
