Insert SharePoint lists into an external server

Hi All, 

I have a project in school, a form has to be created in SharePoint and the entered data has to be saved in ListView.

In SharePoint, we have already completed the major key points (online form, e-mail notification, automatic filing in ListView, etc.).
At the moment, only the internal network (employees, students) can access the stored documents in the sharepoint, so we want to save the ListView to an external server and create a separate website and set up a search from there, where everyone can access these documents.

Does anyone know a way how we can automatically store data from ListView on an external server?
