"Inner Join" from one list to another

I have two lists. List one is an asset inventory. List two is an asset log. I would like to join list two's asset log into a corresponding key for each item in list one.

For instance, this is the device log.... 

This is an example of the asset inventory.... 

As you can see, I can make a lookup, but I have to manually enter each item from the Device Log list and it's not filtered. 

I need a way to do this automatically, if that's possible.
