InfoPath Retirement - Remove Form Library App and Customisation option for SPO tenant

Hi, in preparation for InfoPath retirement, wondering if it's possible to remove the Form Library app from our tenant?  Would also be good to remove the option in List Settings > Form Settings > "Use a custom form created in InfoPath" option.

Doesn't look like its possible, but wondering if I've missed something.  Thank you!
