InfoPath 64bit will not open or create forms on SharePoint online

We are running O365 ProPlus 64bit Office.  InfoPath forms open and create fine with this on-prem, but will not open/create for any on-line site.  Also, InfoPath 32bit will open/create forms on an on-line site.  Has anyone else seen this type of behavior?
