Incremental Migration - doesnt handle file moves/edits

hat should you expect with the Incremental Migration feature in SPMT?  I noticed it doesn't seem to do a lot of things I would have expected it to do.  For example: 

1. If I rename a file on the source site, I end up with two files on destination site (old name and new name).

2. If I move a file to a subfolder on the source site, I end up with two files on the destination site (same name, but one is in the original location and the other is in the new location).  

3. If I delete a folder on the source site, the folder does not get deleted on the destination site.

4. If i edit the home page and change the web parts, the changes are not reflected on the destination site.

The only thing that seems to work correctly is new files that are added to the source site, show up on the new site after a migration.  That and site permissions.
