Incorrect site template applied when creating a Team Site via new/preview Admin Center

Seems a bug IMHO...best here is to report this problem via support ticket
FYI, this was a bug in the Preview Admin Center. The issue was fixed earlier this week and I've created several non-Group Team Sites without issue since then.
