Incoming email
Hello Folks,
What is the best way to implement incoming email functionality for a document library on o365?
Is it to use a group mailbox with FLOW or is there a better way to implement?

FLOW is an excellent option, which you can use with any O365 mailbox, not just a Group mailbox or a DL. You can also use consumer email services, but I wouldn't recommend that for a business environment in Production.
Or you can look at using an O365 Group instead of the library itself, items sent to the Group's address will be stored in the Conversation and indexed for search by default.
