I could give you some more information. I had the same problem but a little bit different. I was migrating without adsync. so i wanted to migrate the documents with the last modified and created name of the users. After a lot of searching i came also at the number s-1-5-32-544. I searched a little bit further and i saw that this number is referencing for the "administrators" group. And thats filled everywhere in all the documents at my place. So for me some clarity but not a solution :(
It makes sense since Administrators is local to the computer or PC which likely cannot get carried over into a Cloud environment.
