In Modern Team Site create a page looks like Communication site template topic home page

Hi,

We have created a Modern team site as per client request.

Now the client wants the home page to look like Communication site template topic home page.

Can I create a page in modern team site which looks like "Communication site template topic home page"?

Or Should I create communication site and activate team and collaboration feature?

If I convert communication site to team site by activating site feature, is there any down side?

Please help me with this ASAP.
