Importing a spreadsheet into a SP Online list

Hi Jleebiker when you are going to paste the data from the Excel spreadsheet into your list, make sure you have highlighted the whole of the first row as in my image below. You do that by clicking in the far left column under the check symbol. It will then put the data from the cells into the columns and not just in the first one.
