Impact on Users documents in SharePoint and onedrive after his account is blocked in Office 365
Hello,
I want to know the following things
1. Impact on Users documents in SharePoint and onedrive after his account getting blocked when he has left the organization
2. Impact on Users documents in SharePoint and onedrive after his account getting blocked and office 365 license is getting removed when he has left the organization.

- Impact the the user being deleted or impact to other users in the org?
Nothing happens to the files themselves technically. Not on Sharepoint. OneDrive by default will be deleted after 30 days. But if you have a preservation policy set then it will stay longer. From a perspective of shared files etc. they will continue to function as before.- Thanks
