Images Appearing and Disappearing in Sharepoint Online People Web Part

Hi, 

I manage my firm's Intranet using Sharepoint Online. We've created a directory that shows all employees across different states, cities and positions. We've noticed that pictures seem to appear and disappear on their own without us making any changes on the back-end. From reading through countless online discussions, this seems to be a bug that affects everyone. Is there a way where we can have this fixed? We really enjoy using Sharepoint for our internal site, but it's important to our organization that all of our employee's photos show up.
