Image/icon appearing as site name/title?

Site name support emoji icons. These icons will show up in the site list.
Users can add these emoji's for any type of sites, not just team sites.
how can we use these emojis in site name? is it powershell way or we can use it when we creating new site collection via admin center?
The emoji input panel you can bring up in windows 10.

Is it available globally or early release yet?If it's available in EDU tenants, it's available everywhere! We're always the last to get the new stuff.
You know what, i tested in my SharePoint 2016 Tenant and it is working their as well....So looks like new for SPO not for SharePoint on prem....Interesting
