Image Viewer webpart not updating unless browser cache cleared

Hi, I am looking for some advice and maybe alternatives for an issue I have with SharePoint. I believe we use SharePoint classic (not the modern version).

I have a JPG image in a folder on SharePoint which updates/is modified regularly (the file name stays the same). I have an image viewer webpart which links to the above image and displays it as desired. However, when the image changes (is overwritten/modified), it does not update automatically. The only way I can get it the image to refresh is to completely clear my browser cache/cookies/history. This is the same on both Edge and Chrome.  I have also tried a page viewer webpart instead and it is the same.

Does anyone know how I can get the image to update as and when it is modified/overwritten, without having to delete browser cache, and/or if there is an alternative for what I am trying to achieve?
