I'm not able to activate announcement tile feature in my SharePoint site

Hello there,

 

I'm trying to activate announcement tile feature in my SharePoint site but it showing error message to me. When I tried to figure it out it showing following information.

 

I didn't really understand what they're trying to say & what that actually mean ?

    You need to enable this feature from My Site. Go to below page URL and try activating this feature:

     

     

    https://<tenant>-my.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/managefeatures.aspx

     

     

    Replace <tenant> by the actual name of your tenant.
