I don't know why you would have items that have not been deleted after 93 days. How long are those items staying in the recycle bin?
You cannot adjust the length of time items are deleted, its an underlying SharePoint setting.

I can see objects going back to February 2019 in the recycle bin - so a bit puzzled about this.
- Are you sure these Items weren't created/modified in Feb 2019 but deleted recently?

Forgot to ask is this in SharePoint Online.
If it is I would just delete the items manually that are over 93 days and then check if the items are now staying put for more than 93 days. If they are not being deleted at this present moment I would raise a ticket as the timer job that does that may need a kick in the backend.
