Are "Microsoft Group" and "the Group" one and the same? Can you add a screenshot of the List permissions?
In my original post, "Group" and "Microsoft Group" meant the same thing. In the List Permissions, it shows up as Domain Group. I guess Microsoft wasn't consistent when naming the same object across different products.
- Are you able to find the domain group for the members rather than the SharePoint group?
