I can't access my own Sharepoint site

I set up a site in SharePoint and have been updating it for the last 2 weeks. Suddenly, today, I can't access it - but my assistant (who is a guest on the site) can. I keep getting a message that my onmicrosoft.com email address can't be found in the netorgft2491243.sharepoint.com.
