Hyperlink with two inputs

Hi All,

i am trying to create a hyperlink with two inputs - ID & display text

1. embedded generic link in column

2. ID - extension of the link for a specific page

3. Display text

1+2  = https://www.google.com/=ID12345 - for full URL

3 - Display Number - Customer Number

Would appreciate some advice
