Hybrid environment and need to hide ribbon for consistent look

How is everyone managing their hybrid environments with 2 totally different navigation headers?

I'd use a Preloader or browser Accessibility CSS to hide the top header in the office where we have control but then the mobile view would still be inconsistent.

Ideas, thoughts?
