Hub Site not displaying aggregated web usage

I've just started examining some web usage for my company's intranet.  The main site, called InSite, is a Hub site.  I've read through this Microsoft doc:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/view-usage-data-for-your-sharepoint-site-2fa8ddc2-c4b3-4268-8d26-a772dc55779e and it explains that on a Hub site, there is a tab that allows you to see aggregated results of all of the sites associated with the Hub site.  That tab does not exist on InSite.  I am only seeing web usage of InSite alone, and not the aggregated data.  What am I missing?
