Hub News not showing associated site news

Thanks ChrisWebbTech. All news articles are returned using Microsoft Search. As well, I can display all 12 news articles in a highlighted content web part on the hub site.
Have you tried to edit one and republish it and see if it shows up to news? It's something with the Promoted state column not getting indexed, even thou it'll show in the other web parts I dunno grasping here cause I've had weird things happen where they don't show and a republish fixes it. .
ChrisWebbTech after much testing I found this issue only occurred when I used the "Basic Text" template for my news posts. Once I switched to the "Blank" template everything worked as it should.
- Very interesting. I never use those templates so would explain why i never seen it. Gonna have to try to reporduce and report it.
