Hub Navigation Issue: Header Behaving as Refresh

Try creating a new header link rather than changing a previous URL to a header. This worked for me (and was the advice I got from Microsoft).
SusanHanley Unfortunately it did the same thing to me as before. Right after I save the navigation it works, but as soon as I refresh the page, it treats them all as refreshes again.
Emily Propp This is now happening in multiple tenants for me as well. I will see if I can ping the owner of this feature. Feels like a bug!
