Hub Navigation - add a second level?

I see that the hub site designation adds a new hub site navigation near the top of the window. I would love to use this to replace my current top-level navigation as it automatically p...
I found it!
Looks like the option for "Make Sub Link" isn't always working.
Some items related to hub sites are still looking a little buggy or slow to roll out. For example, I just edited the hub site navigation, then refreshed the site that I have associated with the hub but the nav changes haven't shown up yet. but at least I have my second level!!!

MicrosoftZane, changes to the nav nodes can take about 2 hours to propagate if you go to the site in a different tab or browser. If you stay within the same window, the changes should be reflected on the hub site immediately.
I'll follow up on the bugginess of the "make sub link". In case I can't repro it, if you can send me a detailed repro that would be great.
