how we can prevent any redirection from sharepoint to Delve?

1. No, you cannot disable that redirection. You can try to "hide" the App Launcer option, but My Profile is going to be there
2. No, you cannot customize Delve
If you disable the Graph, you will disable Delve functionality (Not the profile part) but also other functionality...as an example take a look at this thread: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Search/Disabling-Delve/td-p/23249
For your testing, I would recommend not to use production tenant and use a trial tenant you create for verifying the experience of enabling / disabling the Office Graph

so let me make sure i got your point correctly. now even if i disable MS Graph from sharepoint online admin center >> Setting, as follow:-
then users can still access Delve by clicking on their "My Profile" link as follow:-
and they can still access others' Delve pages ?is this correct? and if this is the case then how will Delve be affected by disabling the MS Graph ??
