I have sp list "Training list" with columns Training name (single line text), Department (choice), Trainer (Person/Group),... and sp list Training plan which have columns Training, Trainer, Category,...

You could use Power Automate to do this. When you create or updated, use Power Automate to lookup the additional values in the Training List and copy the values to the Training Plan.
