How to turn off the email suggest when file sharing
Hi All,
When i share a file by clicking "Share" -- > "People you specify can edit" --> type first few characters . Then, lots of matched user name will show.
My question is that the tenant i join cover both UK and Asia colleagues. But the share point site i manage is only for Asia. As a result, when share a file by the above procedure. Both UK and Asia user name will show and i don't want stuff to be shared to wrong colleagues. Is it possible to stop this user name suggestions function so that end user need to enter the full email address instead of typing first few characters and select from the suggested list
