How to send email notification in Sharepoint Forms App

Hi all,

Is it possible to send an email notification to the specific users when the user submit the form that is made using the Forms for Excel? I've tried to make an instant flow, that will collect data from the Sharepoint Form, and send the email notification to the specific users, but that didn't work.
