How to migrate subsite from sharepoint 2013 to 2019

Tien Ngo Thanhyou can use a tool like ShareGate or the one from Microsoft https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointmigration/introducing-the-sharepoint-migration-tool. when you do this, you identify the source and targets and set up jobs to copy the content and map the user accounts.

Microsoft : seem it only allow to migrate to sharepoint online
this case is migrate on-premier . can i use Backup-SPSite and Restore-SPSite ?
