How to migrate react application to SharePoint Online

we have an react application - customer want this application migrate to sharepoint online.

There is not such a thing of migrating a React App to SharePoint Online, you will need to rebuilt it using SharePoint Framewokr in the front. Good thing here is that you can use React in SPFx Dev, so in theory you should be able to reuse many of the stuff already built
