How to make tabs not open their own Document Library?

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have created a Portal and added submenu items under the tabs. However, the tabs are Document Libraries which have the submenu items under them. How do I make the tabs not clickable (Applications), and just open the submenu (Application Notes, Spec Sheets, White Papers etc) for the user to choose from? Thanks.&nbsp;
