How To Keep First Blog Post At Top Of Page?

I'm trying to wrap up an internal site that I want to use as a blog type site so we can post updates and allow feedback. But I want to have the first post stay at the top.

 

Is there a way to arrange the blog posts so they go from oldest down to newest rather than the default newest down to oldest?

 

I've been searching for a way but to no avail. I will admit I am new to Sharepoint and am trying to figure out the menus, options, etc. SO MUCH TO LEARN!

    Here I was looking for a 'proper' solution to make this work. Nothing out there in layman's terms that I could find. Ended up just post and pre-dating the posts to make this work in the layout I wanted.
