How to increase the SharePoint server 2016 Document Center size limit

Hi,

Is there any option to increase the SharePoint server 2016 Document Center size limit, currently I can see its shows only 500 GB while I mapping to the local system. I have 3 TB free space in the HDD, how can I increase the Document Center storage limit?
