How to hide the applied filters at document library?
Is there in meanwhile a solution for this?

AlinaMitrea in short this is totally achievable with regards to preventing users from removing filters from your document library.
1) Create a custom permissions level, start with maybe making a copy of the "contribute" one, then remove permissions that allow anything to do with views, play around with removing permissions for this new level, until you get the right setup that meets your use-case.
2) For the document library, stop inheriting from parent and use unique permissions, then assign the permission level to whichever group you want to restrict with this new permission level.
