How to generate new access token using Sharepoint Client Id, Client Credential ?

I want to upload a file to office 365 Sharepoint using Java and HttpURLConnection. I have generated Client Id and Client Secret for access bearer token generation. Please let me know how will i generate Access Bearer Token using Client Id and Client Secret ?
