how to fix network error when using patch function : you don't have permission to create this row

Iam using power app and want to patch a gallery to a sharepoint list. When iam using it its fine. but when the user is using it , he will get a failure 

"network error when using patch function : you don't have permission to create this row".

User has contribute list permission.
