How to export list with attachments ?

When exporting a SharePoint list to Excel or CSV, the attachments associated with list items are not included by default.

But, you can try to do it with some other options:

1. PowerShell: try to use PowerShell to export the list items and their attachments. Here's a sample script you can use for start:

$web = Get-SPWeb "https://your-sharepoint-site-url"
$list = $web.Lists["Your List Name"]
$exportPath = "C:\Export\"

foreach ($item in $list.Items)
{
$attachments = $item.Attachments
if ($attachments -ne $null)
{
foreach ($attachment in $attachments)
{
$file = $web.GetFile($item.Attachments.UrlPrefix + $attachment)
$filePath = $exportPath + $file.Name
$file.SaveAs($filePath)
}
}
}

$web.Dispose()

2. Third-Party Tools: There are third-party tools available that provide enhanced exporting capabilities for SharePoint lists, including attachments. You can use: Sharegate or SPListX.
