how to enable the Modify Form Web Parts option - SPO

I currently on a sharepoint online project with two lists.

I would like to create dropdown lists, for that I followed the tutorial on youtube.

however, I am having a problem. I can not "edit the Form webpart components".

I created the site and I created the list. I am well owner with total control.

can you help me find a solution?
