Hello! When you have configured the setting in SharePoint/OneDrive policies. You also have to go to the SharePoint Admin Center. Select the site you want to configure the sharing permissions on and go to settings and sharing permissions. From there, you are able to set how the site should behave in regards of sharing.
Hi, is this the settings that you mentioned? I've turn on external sharing for anyone but it still doesn't work.
