How to edit Sharepoint website code?
Rajkiran_Swain Look at the attachment. I want the part I colored in red to look like the part in yellow and the part below the part in red. I want that background to be visible all the way down the page. This means it needs to be transparent.

Rajkiran_Swain I don't think the information you provide is correct. The OP is using modern pages and the master page gallery has no effect on them. SharePoint Designer cannot be used either.
Deleted as others have said, you need to review the Microsoft documentation and in particular how to insert scripts or change themes. You might have to do things differently to adapt to the Office 365 context. This is not standard html or aspx editing.
