How to distinguish sharing permission over explicit permission

I try to easily distinguish when a user have access to a document that has been share with it vs when a user have access to the document explicitly. In the audit log I cannot find 2 différents entry both are the same. If you share document to someone who don’t have access or if you modifiy permission and add the user to the item this result the same entry in the audit log.

It look like it result the same in the permission model and in the audit.

How can we distinguish user who have been grant via “share link option” va those who have been explicitly grant via the permission management?
