How to display multiple lists on 1 list or a view?

You can add "Highlighted content" web part to the page. Then edit the web part and choose Custom query.
You can use the following and it should get and display ListItem content into your webpart.
Query (for single list):
{List:'Your List Name'} contentclass:STS_ListItem
Query (for multiple lists):
(Path:https://yoursite.sharepoint.com/sites/SiteName/Lists/Issue%20tracker/ Path: https://yoursite.sharepoint.com/sites/SiteName/Lists/Corporate%20Projects/) AND ContentType:Item
