How to create a required field text column based on the options selected in another choice column?

I need help to create a syntax formula.

Project/systemType is a choice column = Internal, Vendor, Both

VendorName is a text column.

 

Goal: VendorName becomes a required field if "Vendor" or "Both" is selected in Project/systemType column

    So out of the box you can't create a required field based on another value using Standard SharePoint. Your option if this feature is required is to create an interface using PowerApps where you require based on logic
