How to configure a more friendly sharepoint audit log/report
I am able to get a sharepoint audit from unified log screen (as below)
when i detail out, here is what it tracked
It doesn't show specifically which field in the SP list is changed, by who, before/after values.
How can i generate such report as it's must more friendly to trace back and recovery if needed.

The data is provided in that way and to generate a more friendly audit Log you will have to build yourself since there is not another built-in way to do it.- Thanks.
